Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and dental operatory for procedures
- Assist dentists during complex treatments and oral surgeries
- Take and develop dental radiographs with precision
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilization processes
- Perform chairside assistance and instrument transfer
- Maintain accurate patient records and digital charting
- Coordinate patient scheduling and recall systems
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- X-ray certification (DANB or equivalent)
- CPR certification (current)
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
