Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Support nurses in implementing care plans and maintaining sterile environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
