Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide direct assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assistance: Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Communication: Report changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff immediately.
- Hygiene: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for patients and residents.
- Meal Support: Assist patients with feeding and ensure they are properly hydrated.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification: Current State of Ohio CNA Certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but we highly value entry-level candidates with a passion for healthcare.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and a patient-first attitude.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
