Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per care plan
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation for client households
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and company protocols
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Home Health Aide certification (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
