Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Administer prescribed medications & monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals & assist with feeding
- Light housekeeping & laundry services
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Comprehensive documentation of care activities
- Companionship & emotional support
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license + insured vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check & TB test clearance
- Compassionate nature with patience & empathy
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
