Responsibilities
- Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, injections, and ECG
- Assist providers with patient examinations and minor procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Handle patient scheduling and insurance verification efficiently
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
