Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support during weekend shifts in outpatient clinics
- Administer medications and injections under physician supervision
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Assist with electronic health record documentation
- Perform basic diagnostic procedures (vitals, EKGs)
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Ohio state BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
