Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- 2+ years clinical experience in hospital or urgent care setting
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and telehealth platforms
- Strong attention to detail in digital documentation
- Excellent written communication for remote patient interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- BLS certification required
