Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs, resident conditions, and care activities
- Administer medications under proper supervision per facility protocols
- Facilitate social engagement and recreational activities for residents
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant care environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on senior care experience
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Knowledge of HIPAA and senior care regulations
