Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Label, process, and transport specimens to laboratory
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations

- Operate laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
