Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and comprehensive health assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and progress, documenting all findings accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all patients and visitors.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and assist with admission and discharge processes.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
