Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in high-acuity settings including ICU and ER
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocolsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations
- Mentor junior staff through our peer-to-peer support program

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact license)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care
- BSN degree or higher (ADN candidates with experience considered)

- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
