Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and physician orders
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations and critical incidents
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact license with quick Florida endorsement)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required for ICU/ER roles
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in relevant specialty
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
