Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency, ICU, and med-surg units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans and discharge
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and JCAHO standards
- Participate in rapid response and code blue events
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts
