- Provide comprehensive telehealth nursing assessments and interventions
- Coordinate patient care plans using our advanced EHR system
- Deliver urgent triage and clinical guidance via secure video/phone

Qualifications
- Active TN RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification required

- Strong critical thinking and digital communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in med-surg or ICU units preferred
