Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using advanced electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as the priority
- Provide patient and family education to promote health literacy and self-management
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies

Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care or specialty unit
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC experience preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
