Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in emergency, med-surg, or ICU departments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor and document patient progress using advanced EHR systems
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards
- Mentor new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
- Passion for patient-centered care
