Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient data accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and preventive care
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical incidents
Qualifications
- Active GA RN license with unrestricted status
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
