Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual patient assessments and care coordination via telehealth platform
- Administer medications and treatments remotely with precise electronic documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations through digital triage protocols
- Conduct virtual health education for patients and families on chronic disease management
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital privacy regulations
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for urgent patient consultations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State (WA RN)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care or critical care nursing experience
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Strong electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
