Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient vitals, progress, and changes in condition
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Colorado (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with relevant experience considered
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS certification may be required per unit
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
