Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records (EHR) meticulously
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures

- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Kentucky
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
