Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions
- Assist in emergency response situations
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Current Kentucky RN license (required)
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (must be current)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (nights/weekends required)
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
