Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Telemetry
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic EMR systems
- Provide mentorship to new nursing staff and students
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license preferred)
- BSN degree with 1+ years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (TNCC/PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Exceptional communication and patient advocacy abilities
