Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and support in a remote setting.
- Monitor patient health status and communicate updates to the nursing team in real-time.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility as needed.
- Document patient interactions, vitals, and care plans accurately and timely using electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitized remote workspace.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and support requests via secure communication channels.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Indiana.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace are mandatory.
