Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual patient assessments and care coordination
- Monitor and interpret patient data through telehealth platforms
- Develop and implement personalized care plans remotely

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (or compact state)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience

- Excellent communication and virtual bedside manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
