Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and triage via secure video conferencing platforms.
- Evaluate symptoms, document patient histories accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Provide evidence-based education and guidance to patients regarding treatment plans and medication management.
- Collaborate with physicians and care coordinators to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Manage incoming patient inquiries and prioritize urgent care needs effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and privacy policies during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the United States.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in acute care, telehealth, or primary care.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
