Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual nursing assessments and care coordination across diverse patient populations
- Execute evidence-based treatment plans via secure telehealth platforms with real-time patient monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care strategies
- Document clinical encounters accurately in our Epic EHR system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Lead patient education initiatives for chronic disease management and medication adherence
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and protocol development
Qualifications
- Active Washington RN license with minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BSN required; MSN or telehealth certification preferred
- Proven proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote monitoring technologies
- Exceptional critical thinking skills for virtual emergency triage situations
- Strong experience with Epic EHR and electronic documentation systems
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain empathy and rapport in virtual care settings
