Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA/JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active CO RN license (or compact state)
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience accepted)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- 1+ years acute care experience
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
