Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and conditions, promptly reporting any deviations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document all patient interactions, care provided, and outcomes accurately.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support.
- Maintain a sterile, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience (travel experience is a plus).
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or equivalent).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid state-issued ID and proof of residency.
