Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as an advocate for the patient's physical and emotional well-being.
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Document patient medical history and symptoms accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop optimal care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to strict medical protocols.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN License in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments quickly.
