Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity using standardized triage protocols
- Coordinate with physicians and ER staff for rapid patient flow
- Document medical histories and vital signs accurately
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Manage emergency equipment and supply inventory
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- TENEN certification preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
