Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments to determine priority of care
- Provide accurate medical advice via telehealth and in-person triage
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with precision

Qualifications
- Current RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- Minimum 3 years ER/urgent care experience
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications

- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
