Responsibilities
- Delightful patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Collaborate seamlessly with RNs and LPNs on care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean, and cheerful environment
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and needs
- Transport patients safely for tests and activities
Qualifications
- Active TN CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Weekend availability essential (Sat/Sun)
- Passionate about geriatric or long-term care
- Reliable transportation required
