Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient records in EHR systems
- Conduct telehealth consultations when applicable
- Respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Mentor junior nursing staff
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio
- BSN or higher preferred
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
