Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation in EHR systems
- Support with nutritional needs and meal service
- Collaborative communication with nursing staff and families
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
- Assist with rehabilitative activities and social engagement
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with geriatric population
