Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Document patient encounters accurately in our advanced EMR system
- Lead emergency response protocols during weekend shifts
- Mentor new nursing staff through our peer-to-peer support program
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- 2+ years acute care experience in a hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
