Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in critical care units during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and response to interventions
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Participate in weekend shift huddles and emergency response protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong weekend shift availability (mandatory)
- Experience with electronic health records (EPIC preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
