Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessment and care planning for assigned weekend caseload
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and protocols
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Respond to emergent situations with calm professionalism and critical thinking
- Precept new staff and uphold evidence-based practice standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and weekend shift-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN or higher degree preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care hospital experience
- Strong weekend shift availability and reliability
- Advanced proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Demonstrated skills in emergency response and critical care scenarios
