Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to critical situations using rapid response protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation in Epic systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN license in good standing
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years acute care experience considered
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in telemetry or ICU setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
