Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with daily living activities
- Transport clients to appointments and errands

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certification
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and reliable transportation
