Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and telemetry units
- Adapt quickly to new hospital protocols and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure strict compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific regulations
- Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
- Assist in emergency response situations as required
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry or ICU experience preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
