Responsibilities
- Provide daily patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient information accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support medical staff during procedures and treatments
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Communicate patient needs and changes effectively to nursing team
- Assist with admission/discharge processes
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
