Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict protocols.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures.
- Take and develop digital X-rays (Radiography) and maintain accurate patient records.
- Manage patient flow, greet guests, and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain strict infection control standards and OSHA compliance.
- Perform chair-side duties including suctioning, rinsing, and applying materials.
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) / CPR certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
