Responsibilities
- Accurately verify and prepare prescriptions for dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and ordering pharmaceutical supplies.
- Assist patients with medication questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Process insurance claims and handle billing transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace.
- Perform routine computer data entry and document management tasks.
Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
- Active Washington State Pharmacist Technician license.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic proficiency with pharmacy software and computer systems.
