Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following strict protocols
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing

- Provide patient education during blood collection procedures
- Verify patient identification and medical documentation
- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and OSHA regulations
- Excellent venipuncture skills for diverse patient populations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
