Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood draws, specimen collection, and processing following strict protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures with exceptional bedside manner
- Maintain precise documentation using electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and CLIA compliance standards
- Train new staff on phlebotomy techniques and department protocols

Qualifications
- Current Missouri Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical phlebotomy experience
- Proficiency in venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen handling
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume settings
- CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Successful background check and drug screen
