Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collections following strict protocols
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain sterile equipment and disposal of biohazard materials
- Verify patient identity and prepare specimens for transport
- Document procedures in electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient education during blood draw procedures

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP/NCCT or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification required
