Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and patient comfort
- Process, label, and transport specimens according to HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazard materials
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient flow and efficiency

Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT or NCPT)
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical phlebotomy experience
- Strong venipuncture skills with proven success in diverse patient populations
- OSHA and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid CPR certification
