Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone/telehealth assessments to determine patient acuity and urgency
- Provide clinical guidance and education to patients regarding symptoms and care pathways
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Handle emergency protocols and escalate critical cases appropriately
- Support patient navigation through healthcare systems and resources
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada
- Minimum 3 years acute care or emergency nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Exceptional triage assessment and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication and crisis management abilities
- Experience with remote nursing workflows preferred
