- Design ethical training programs for AI development teams
- Author transparency reports on AI system decision-making processes
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical considerations into design sprints
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO 42001)
- Proven experience auditing bias in ML models and datasets
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Publications or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tool development
